  • 2 pounds tender ostrich steaks (approximately 1 1/2" thick)

Preparation: Marinade: 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tbls. garlic, finely chopped
Cooking: Sear in medium heat pan with olive oil or sweet butter.
